CUECALLER

Terms of Use

Beta · Effective June 2026

CueCaller ("the Service") is software by Visually Impressive Productions ("VIP", "we", "us") that displays show cues in time with an incoming timecode signal. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. The Service is currently in private beta and is offered as-is while we build it with our early operators.

Show-critical disclaimer. CueCaller is an assistance tool, not a guarantee. Live production is high-stakes and software, hardware, audio signal, and networks can all fail. You are solely responsible for your show. Always keep a manual backup procedure and never rely on CueCaller as your only means of calling a cue. We are not liable for missed, early, late, or incorrect cues, for timecode or audio issues, or for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service during a production or otherwise.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password private. Don't share credentials. For team (Tour) accounts, the account owner is responsible for the people they invite to their team. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it or to other users' data; no unlawful content; no reselling or redistributing the Service without written permission. We may suspend access that threatens the Service or other users.

Your content

You keep all rights to the cue sheets, show files, and notes you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display Your Content back to you so the Service works. We don't claim ownership of it and we don't sell it.

Beta status & availability

Beta features may change, break, or be removed, and access may be paused or ended as we develop the product. We aim for high reliability but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation during beta.

Billing

Paid plans, when active, are billed through Stripe. Beta testers are provided complimentary access at the level we assign and are not charged. Prices and plans are not final during beta.

Warranty & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIP's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the claim (which, for beta testers, is zero), and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
