Privacy

This explains what CueCaller, by Visually Impressive Productions ("VIP"), collects and how we use it. Plain language, no surprises.

What we collect

• Account info — your email address and an encrypted (hashed) password. We never store your password in readable form.
• Show data — the cue sheets, show files, and notes you load into CueCaller, plus settings like your timecode offset.
• Waitlist / beta info — if you apply, the role, show, and timecode setup you tell us.
• Basic technical data — standard request information (such as IP address) used to run the service securely and rate-limit abuse.

What we don't collect

No payment card numbers (Stripe handles checkout and stores card details, not us). No tracking of your activity across other websites. No selling of your data to anyone, ever.

How we use it

• To run the Service — sign you in, store and display your show files, and keep your account working.
• To contact you about your account, your beta access, and important service notices.
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

Who processes it

We use a small number of trusted providers to operate CueCaller: Cloudflare (hosting + database), Resend (transactional email), and Stripe (billing, when you're on a paid plan). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and its data, at any time by emailing support@cuecaller.app. We'll honor it promptly. Beta and waitlist emails always include an unsubscribe option.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, we'll update this page with a new effective date.
